Ships in 1–2 business days handling plus 4–7 business days transit. - 7-day return on damage / defect / wrong item (we cover return shipping). 7-day change-of-mind return on unused, unopened items (customer covers return shipping). - Cancellable within 12 hours of order, only if not yet shipped. ### Type 2 — Custom-made and shipped - Schema: `fulfillmentMode = "SHIP"`, `isCustomizable = true`. - Built to order with the customer's names, dates, photos, or message. Lead time published on the product page (typically 5–10 business days handling) plus 4–7 days transit. - Final sale on personalisation. We accept 7-day returns on damage / defect / wrong item only. - Cancellable within 2 hours of order. After that, materials are committed. ### Type 3 — Custom-made and Bareilly pickup only - Schema: `fulfillmentMode = "PICKUP"`, `isCustomizable = true`. - Pieces that physically can't be couriered safely — Trousseau Packing, Cash Bouquet, oversized engagement platters.
