Delivery questions
How long does Giftistan take to deliver?
We handcraft every piece to order, so the timeline is one to two business days of crafting plus your city's transit window. Metros typically receive in seven to nine business days end-to-end; cities closer to our Bareilly studio (Lucknow, Kanpur) receive in three to five.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Same-day is available only for Bareilly (our home city), by walk-in pickup at our Faiq Enclave studio. Every other city ships through tracked couriers and arrives in the window listed above. Tell us the deadline you have in mind on WhatsApp before placing the order — for tight wedding or anniversary timelines we sometimes can do express on a small set of pieces.
What does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is ₹120 per order across India. Prepaid orders above ₹2,500 ship free. Cash-on-delivery handling fees, where applicable, are non-refundable.
Which courier partners do you use?
We dispatch through major tracked couriers — the partner we choose for your order depends on the destination pincode and the size and fragility of the piece. Most pieces ship double-boxed with corner protection. A tracking link reaches you on WhatsApp or SMS the moment your order leaves our studio.
Can I track my order in real time?
Yes. Once dispatched you get a tracking link via SMS, WhatsApp, and email. The link updates with every scan from the courier's network until it reaches your door.
What if my city or pincode is not in the table?
We ship pan-India and the table here covers our most- ordered cities. For anywhere else, message us on WhatsApp with your pincode and we will confirm a delivery window before you place the order. Remote and non-metro pincodes typically add two to four business days to the standard window.
