At Giftistan, we take pride in delivering premium quality, customized accessories. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. After 7 days, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Types of Returns
A. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item Received
If you receive a product that is damaged during transit, has a manufacturing defect, or is not the item you ordered (e.g., wrong model or design), we will fix it immediately.
- ✦ Shipping Cost: Giftistan bears the cost of return shipping
- ✦ Action: We will provide a free replacement or a full refund
- ✦ Proof Required: An unboxing video or clear photos showing the defect or shipping label
B. Customer Remorse (Change of Mind / Wrong Model Ordered)
For Non-Customized Items
If you ordered a standard product and simply changed your mind or ordered the wrong model by mistake, we accept returns provided:
- ✦ Item is unused, in original packaging, and in sellable condition
- ✦ Shipping Cost: Customer is responsible for return shipping
For Customized / Personalized Items
Due to the unique nature of our products (e.g., resin covers with your name, photo, or custom text), we do not accept returns for change of mind or wrong model ordered by the customer. These items cannot be resold.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned unless verified as defective:

Share your Order ID and photographic or video proof of the issue.
Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours.
For defective items we arrange reverse pickup. For change of mind returns you ship to our warehouse.
Refunds (If Applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- ✦ If Approved: Refund processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
- ✦ Store Credit: Alternatively opt for store credit for faster processing
- ✦ Deductions: Shipping charges and COD handling fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Cancellations
Standard Orders
Can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement if not yet shipped.
Custom Orders
Can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order. Once the design/resin process has started, cancellation is not possible as materials have already been used.
