• ✦Placing an order on our website is considered an "offer to buy". We may accept or cancel orders at our sole discretion (for example, in case of wrong pricing, stock issues, or suspicious activity).
• ✦Your order is confirmed only after successful payment and our confirmation email or WhatsApp message.
• ✦We accept payments through UPI, Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, Wallet, and Cash on Delivery using trusted third-party payment gateways.
• ✦For Cash on Delivery, please ensure you are available to receive and pay at the time of delivery. Repeated refusals may lead to blocking COD for your account.

• ✦Estimated delivery times are indicative and may vary due to courier delays, weather, festivals, or other factors beyond our control.
• ✦Risk of loss passes to you once the order is handed over to the courier. However, we will support you in tracking and resolving courier issues as far as possible.

• ✦Customised and personalised products (names, photos, messages, etc.) are generally non-returnable, except in case of damage or wrong item received.

• ✦Once design or production has started, cancellations or major changes may not be possible.
