Where is the Giftistan Bareilly studio and how do I find it?
The studio is at B42, Faiq Enclave, Pilibhit Bypass Road, Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh 243006. If you are coming down Pilibhit Bypass Road, look for the Faiq Enclave turn and we are at plot B42 inside it. Message us on WhatsApp at +91-9310939825 before you set off and we will share a live location pin.
What are the studio hours for pickup?
The studio is open Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM IST. We stay closed on Sundays, so please skip Sundays when you pick your slot at checkout. If your preferred day falls on a Sunday, pick the next open weekday and we will have your order ready.
How do I book a pickup slot for my order?
You pick your date and a one-hour window at checkout, right where the shipping address usually sits. Because every piece is made to order, the earliest slot is two business days from today, Sundays not counted. Your slot is confirmed the moment your Razorpay payment goes through.
How do I pay for a Bareilly pickup order?
Payment is online only, through Razorpay. You can use UPI, credit or debit cards, net banking, or any supported wallet. We do not offer cash on pickup, so your order is fully paid before you arrive at the studio.
Can I cancel or reschedule my pickup order?
Because these pieces are made to order, cancellations are accepted within 2 hours of placing the order, after which the materials are already committed. To reschedule your pickup slot, message us on WhatsApp at +91-9310939825 with your order number and a new date, and we will confirm a fresh window. Reschedule requests are best sent at least 24 hours before your original slot.
Is gift-wrap included with a Bareilly pickup order?
Yes. Every order leaves the studio in our signature gift-wrap at no extra charge. If you would like a handwritten note tucked inside, drop the message in the order notes at checkout or share it with us on WhatsApp.
Is same-day pickup possible?
Same-day pickup is not offered on these pieces because each one is crafted from scratch. Your earliest slot is two business days from the day you place the order, and the slot picker only shows dates that match our crafting schedule. For anything more urgent, message us on WhatsApp and we will tell you what is possible.
Can these items be shipped to me instead of picked up?
Trousseau Packing and Cash Bouquet pieces are studio pickup only. They are too volumetric and fragile to travel safely by courier, so we have kept them off the shipping catalogue on purpose. If you want something similar that can ship pan-India, tell us what you have in mind through our custom-order form at /custom-order.
What is the return policy for a Bareilly pickup order?
Trousseau Packing and Cash Bouquet pieces are fully customised to your names, dates, and styling, so they are final sale once the order is placed. If anything is not right at the moment of pickup, please flag it with us at the studio before you leave so we can address it on the spot. I live outside Bareilly — can I still order for studio pickup?
Yes, very much. Many of our customers live in Delhi, Lucknow, Noida or travel in from abroad and time their studio visit with a family trip. Place the order online, pick a date that suits your travel, and collect from the Faiq Enclave studio on that day.
