Can the platter carry the couple's names and date?
Yes. We add the couple's names and the engagement date in gold foil or hand-painted lettering, in English or Urdu, and mock up the layout on WhatsApp before crafting.
Does the platter hold the ring securely?
Yes. Most designs include a resin setting or cushion that holds the ring upright for the exchange and the photographs. Tell us if you'd like a single or double ring setting.
How far ahead should I order?
Engagement platters are made to order, so place the order at least two to three weeks before the ceremony. If your date is sooner, WhatsApp us and we'll tell you what's possible.
Can I cancel after ordering?
Custom platters can be cancelled within two hours of placing the order. After that the materials are committed and design work begins, so the order becomes final.
