Turn a Meesho, Flipkart or Amazon shipping label into a PDF where every page is exactly 4x6 inches, sized for a direct-thermal label printer. One label per page, nothing to cut. Free, no sign-up, and your files never leave your device.
We built this for our own packing table in Bareilly and use it on every batch we ship. It is here because it is useful, not because it sells anything.

Nothing is uploaded
A shipping label carries your customer’s name, full address and phone number. This tool does the whole conversion inside your browser, on your own machine — there is no server involved, so there is nothing for us to store, log or lose. You can confirm it by opening the page, switching off your network, and converting a file anyway.
How it works
- Pick your label PDFs. Drop in one file or a whole batch. Each one is read on this device and identified — Meesho, Flipkart, Amazon or a self-ship courier label.
- Check the options. The defaults are the ones we print with: a true 4x6 roll, invoices on, a 2 mm print-safe band so a thermal head cannot clip a barcode.
- Convert and check the report. You get one PDF, one label per page, grouped by marketplace. The report gives the printed size of every page and flags anything that has shrunk too far to scan.
- Print at Actual size. 100% / Actual size, paper 4x6, margins none. Never Fit to page.
Supported labels
- Meesho— one order per page with the label above the invoice. The page is fully bordered, so the two are separated on the “TAX INVOICE” heading rather than on white space.
- Flipkart / Ekart— one order per page, label above invoice with only a hairline between them. The separator rule is ignored so it cannot distort the label’s shape.
- Amazon — label and invoice on separate pages, in both the older format and Easy Ship. Easy Ship sends them as two files, which are matched back together by order number.
- Self-ship couriers — a courier label that names no marketplace is recognised by its own layout and printed in its own group.
Printing settings
The output PDF page is the label, which is what makes the correct settings obvious and any mistake visible rather than subtle:
- Scale: 100% / Actual size
- Paper size: 4x6 in, or 100x150 mm to match your roll
- Orientation: portrait
- Margins: none
- Never use “Fit to page” — it is the usual reason labels come out shifted or shrunk
Questions
- No. The conversion runs entirely in your browser using your device's own processing. The PDF is never sent to Giftistan or to any other server. That matters because a shipping label carries your customer's name, address and phone number.
- Meesho, Flipkart and Amazon (including Easy Ship, where the label and the invoice arrive as two separate files), plus self-ship courier labels that name no marketplace. The marketplace is read from the PDF itself; you can also set it by hand when a label is a flat image with no text to read.
- Every page comes out exactly 4x6 inches (101.6 x 152.4 mm) by default. You can switch to 100 x 150 mm to match the rolls sold widely in India, or enter an explicit size. Match this to your actual roll: choosing 4x6 for a 100x150 roll makes every label creep down the page.
- Print at 100% or Actual size, with the paper size set to 4x6 (or 100x150 mm to match your roll), portrait, and margins set to none. Do not use Fit to page — that is the single most common reason 4x6 labels come out shifted or shrunk.
- Yes, if you leave invoices switched on. Each order's invoice gets its own page on the same stock, immediately after that order's label, so the invoice for a parcel is the next label along the roll and nothing has to be matched up by hand.
- A label whose proportions do not match 4x6 can only fill one axis. A wide Meesho label, for example, is about 204 x 119 mm against a 4x6's 1.5:1, so turning it upright still leaves width unused. The report lists the printed size of every page and flags anything below 85%, because on a 203 dpi printhead a shrunken barcode is the first thing to fail. Scan one before running a whole batch.
- Yes, in any modern mobile browser — though a large batch is faster on a laptop, since the whole conversion runs on your own device.
