Question 1

What is a Nikah Nama frame?

Accepted Answer

A Nikah Nama frame preserves your nikah contract as heirloom décor — the document (or a high-quality reprint) is set against resin with gold-foil calligraphy so it lives on the wall, not in a drawer.

Question 2

What does Imam Zamin mean and what do you make for it?

Accepted Answer

Imam Zamin is a small coin or token traditionally tied to the bride or groom's arm as a prayer of protection. We craft resin Imam Zamin keepsakes that hold the coin visibly, often personalised with the couple's names and the nikah date.

Question 3

How is the Mehar Box or Cash Bouquet made and used?

Accepted Answer

A Mehar Box holds the agreed mehar amount, crafted in resin with a velvet interior and gold-tone detailing. A Cash Bouquet folds notes into flower shapes set into a resin base — a modern twist, commonly gifted at the nikah or walima.

Question 4

How long does a made-to-order nikah gift take?

Accepted Answer

Plan for two to three weeks for most nikah gifts — one to two business days to design and confirm with you on WhatsApp, four to five days to craft, and four to seven days to ship pan-India. For varmala-style preservation allow three weeks.

Question 5

Do you accept returns on customised nikah gifts?

Accepted Answer

Customised pieces — anything with a name, a date, or a photo — are final sale because they are made specially for you. Non-customised items are covered by our seven-day return window for damaged, defective, or wrong-item cases.

Question 6

Do you ship across India and where can I pick up in person?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we ship pan-India through our Bareilly studio. If you are in Noida, we also offer a local pick-up option — WhatsApp us after placing your order to coordinate the handover. All orders arrive gift-wrapped.
