No thermal printer? Fit a Meesho, Flipkart or Amazon shipping label onto plain A4 paper for a normal office printer — the label is trimmed, scaled up to fill an A5 area, and marked where to cut. Free, no sign-up, and your files never leave your device.

Nothing is uploaded
A shipping label carries your customer’s name, full address and phone number. This tool does the whole conversion inside your browser, on your own machine — there is no server involved, so there is nothing for us to store, log or lose. You can confirm it by opening the page, switching off your network, and converting a file anyway.
Why not just shrink A4 to A5
A5 is exactly half of A4 by area, so shrinking a whole A4 page down to A5 makes every mark about 71% of its printed size — and a barcode that small is where a scanner starts to fail. Most marketplace labels only use part of the sheet and carry a lot of white space. This tool trims that white space first and then scales the label to fill the A5 area, so the barcode ends up far larger than a blind shrink would leave it. The report flags any block that still comes out too small to scan reliably.
How it works
- Pick your label PDFs. Drop in one file or a whole batch. Each one is read on this device and identified — Meesho, Flipkart, Amazon or a self-ship courier label.
- Choose your layout. The defaults keep the sheet A4 and park the label in an A5 area with cut marks. Turn on 2-up to sit a label and its invoice side by side, or fill the whole sheet for the largest single label.
- Convert and check the report. You get one PDF, grouped by marketplace. The report gives the printed size of every block and flags anything that has shrunk too far to scan.
- Print at Actual size and cut. Print at 100% on A4 with no margins, never Fit to page, then cut along the grey dashed guides.
Supported labels
- Meesho— one order per page with the label above the invoice. The page is fully bordered, so the two are separated on the “TAX INVOICE” heading rather than on white space.
- Flipkart / Ekart— one order per page, label above invoice with only a hairline between them. The seam is scanned for first; if that comes up short, the “Tax Invoice” heading is used instead. Anything that cannot be split is named in the report rather than laid out wrong.
- Amazon — label and invoice on separate pages, in both the older format and Easy Ship. Easy Ship sends them as two files, matched back together by order number.
- Self-ship couriers — a courier label that names no marketplace is recognised by its own layout and laid out in its own group.

Questions
- No — that is the whole point. This tool is for sellers who print labels on a normal A4 office or home printer. It lays the label onto an A4 sheet so you can print on the paper you already have, then cut along the guides. If you do have a thermal printer, use our 4x6 thermal converter instead.
- No. The whole thing runs in your browser on your own device. The PDF is never sent to Giftistan or any other server, which matters because a shipping label carries your customer's name, address and phone number. You can switch off your network and convert a file anyway.

- Meesho, Flipkart and Amazon (including Easy Ship, where the label and invoice arrive as two files), plus self-ship courier labels that name no marketplace. The marketplace is read from the PDF itself; you can also set it by hand when a label is a flat image with no text to read.
